Hey,
I wanna know what a digital camera plugs into for transfering from the camera to the comp?
Also, what is the best digital camera and the least expensive and where is a good place to buy one?

Digitals plug into your capture card which is almost always IEEE1394-"Firewire". If you need to run analog into your computer and only have firewire input then plug your other camera or vcr into your digital deck and record onto a dig. tape then dump into CPU. you will lose virtually no noticeable quality.

No, where does a digital photo camera plug into, it sounds to me like you thought that I meant a digital video camera. I meant a photo camera.

RS232 normally, either DB9 or DB25 serial port on you PC. Shows up as a COM port in Windoze. You will also need TWAIN drivers.
make sure u buy one that does 1024 x 768 res minimum.
cheaper ones do 640x480 only which kindasucks as photo quality.
